What We Can Help With
- Posting and editing adverts – trouble uploading photos, choosing a category, editing or renewing a listing, or getting an advert to appear.
- Account help – registration and verification emails, password resets, changing your email address, or closing your account.
- Reporting a listing – anything that looks like a scam, a duplicate, a counterfeit item, or content that breaks our Terms & Conditions. Please paste the URL of the advert so we can find it straight away.
- Copyright and trade mark complaints – tell us which listing it is, what work it copies, and confirm you are the rights holder or acting for them.
- Privacy requests – access, correction or deletion of your personal data under our Privacy Policy.
- Advertising and partnerships – if you want to advertise on Classifiedz or work with us.
- Feedback – anything that is broken, confusing or missing. It genuinely does get read.
Before You Write
Two things make a reply much faster:
- Include the URL of the advert or page you are asking about.
- Tell us the email address on your Classifiedz account if the question is about your account, so we can look it up.
If you are not receiving our emails, check your spam or promotions folder and add support@classifiedz.online to your contacts.

We answer messages Monday to Friday and aim to reply within one business day. Reports of scams, adult content or other serious policy breaches are looked at as a priority, usually the same day.
One Thing We Cannot Do
Classifiedz is a listings platform, not a shop and not a middleman. We do not sell any of the items you see on the site, we do not hold stock, and we do not take or handle payments between users. If you have a question about a specific item — its price, condition, availability or delivery — please contact that seller directly through the advert. We are not able to answer on their behalf or intervene in a private deal, though we will always act on a listing that breaks our rules.
