These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of classifiedz.online and all services offered on it (together, “Classifiedz”, “the Site”, “we”, “us”). Please read them carefully. By accessing, browsing, registering on or posting to the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Classifiedz is an online classified advertising platform. It lets users publish adverts for goods, services, vehicles, property, jobs and similar, and lets other users find and respond to those adverts.
Classifiedz is a venue only. We are not a party to any transaction between users. We do not own, inspect, store, ship, guarantee or insure any item advertised, and we are not an agent, broker, auctioneer or escrow service for any user.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to register an account or post an advert. By using the Site you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
You are solely responsible for the adverts you publish. By submitting an advert you confirm that:
Adverts run for a set listing period and expire automatically at the end of it. Expired adverts stop being publicly visible. You may renew or repost an advert subject to the limits applied to your account.
We may edit, recategorise, reject, unpublish or delete any advert at any time, with or without notice, including where it breaches these Terms, degrades the quality of the Site, or would put our advertising or hosting partners in breach of their own policies.

Breaching this section may result in immediate removal of your content, permanent closure of your account, and, where appropriate, a report to the relevant authorities.
Adverts may be reviewed before or after publication. Moderation is carried out on a best-efforts basis. We do not pre-screen every advert and we cannot guarantee that all prohibited content is caught. If you see a listing that breaks these rules, please report it through our contact page so we can act on it.
Any transaction you enter into with another user is strictly between you and that user. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality or existence of items advertised, the accuracy of listings, the ability of sellers to sell, the ability of buyers to pay, delivery, payment disputes, or the conduct of any user.
Please take sensible precautions: meet in a public place, inspect goods before paying, avoid wire transfers and gift-card payments to strangers, and be wary of any offer that seems too good to be true.
Posting standard adverts on Classifiedz is currently free, subject to the limits shown on your account. Where a paid feature, promotion or package is offered, its price and duration are shown before you commit to it. Paid promotions are for placement only and are not a guarantee of sale, views or enquiries. Fees for a promotion that has already run are not refundable, except where required by law.
Classifiedz displays third-party advertising, which may include advertising served by Google and its partners. Adverts shown by these networks are selected by the network, not by us, and their appearance is not an endorsement. Your use of advertising cookies is governed by our Privacy Policy.
The Classifiedz name, logo, layout, design, text written by us and the software behind the Site are owned by Classifiedz or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or redistribute them without our written permission.
You keep ownership of the content you upload. By uploading it you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Site. This licence ends when you delete the content, except for copies retained in backups or where the content has already been shared with others.
If you believe content on Classifiedz infringes your copyright or trade mark, contact us at support@classifiedz.online with the URL of the listing, a description of the work, and a statement that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them. We remove infringing content promptly once verified and repeat infringers lose their accounts.
Adverts and pages may link to third-party websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices. Visiting them is at your own risk.
We aim to keep the Site available at all times but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, hosting problems or events outside our control may make the Site temporarily unavailable, and we may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the service.
The Site and all content on it are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes any right you have under consumer protection law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Classifiedz is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business, arising from your use of the Site or from any dealing with another user. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or, where you have paid us nothing, to a nominal sum.
You agree to indemnify and hold Classifiedz harmless from any claim, demand, loss or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of content you post, your use of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or your infringement of anyone else’s rights.
You may stop using the Site and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use of the Site harms other users or the Site itself. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including sections 10, 14, 15 and 16, continue to apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with the date it took effect. Continuing to use the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
